Social Program

Reception and Poster Session

On Wednesday, July 12, we will offer a reception and poster session, featuring hors d'oeuvres and beverages, starting at 6:30 pm. This is a chance to mingle, socialize, and see the posters being presented at this year's conference.

BBQ Dinner

On Thursday, July, 13, we will present a BBQ dinner, starting at 6:30 pm, featuring both vegetarian and non-vegetarian entrees, hosted at SLAC.

The dinner will also feature the music of The Tarantulas Jug Band.
